Notorious Sock Knitters | January 17, 2008
Hello to all!! This is my first year also and I am thrilled to be in the club. I am lucky as I have a LYS that carries Blue Moon Fiber Arts– The Fold in Marengo, Illinois. I just started a mens sweater with twisted in a raven color, it is really special. I usually knit just stockinette socks so am looking forward to expanding my skill set with the patterns in the club. Can’t wait until next week for the first shipment!

You are really fortunate. I would be in serious trouble. You can walk into the store and touch so many, many different colors. I’ve never tried Twisted or a whole BM sweater, but I love the Raven series. When you’ve a minute, I’d love to see a photo of your sweater.
I’m always tickled when I see The Fold mentioned. I live in another Marengo and really wish I could be in the Marengo with The Fold. Maybe on a road trip this year I’ll get to visit that other Marengo. Let us see your sweater here when it’s finished if you can. We’d all love to see it. Happy Knitting, Alice in the Heartland
