Notorious Sock Knitters | January 21, 2008
Today area schools were cancelled due to snow ….. we’ve received about 6 inches upon the 3-4 from last Friday, a snow day, too. These days are knitting days for me …. I’m trying to finish two pairs of socks before the shipment comes, but I can hardly wait. This is my second year in RSC after my daughter, Alcariel, suggested that I join. Happy knitting is coming!

I am so jealous:) I wish I could stay home, watch the snow and knit.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. Looks like tomorrow will be a snow day too. Some schools down here (east central Iowa) were closed for the MLK holiday. I have to be sure the drive is shoveled out before I work on knitting so DH can safely get to work. Luckily he has a second shift job so I don’t have to be up too early and maybe the wind will deal with some of it. I can wish. Enjoy your knitting time! Alice
P.S. smart daughter!
I could go for some snow here! I was just thinking about how nice it would have been to have a snow day for purely knitting purposes.
Heh, I was just listening to the latest Lime ‘n Violet episode this morning.
