Hi Tina,
I got the “cookie error” message. To solve I just unchecked the “remember me” box. I will just have to log in every time, but I was then able to get in. Hope this helps!
Interesting. I tried to log-in, got the error message again and noticed this here trouble shooting post. So I tried to log-in again (not five minutes after the last time) to copy and paste the error message and it let me log-in. eureka!

After sending in my error message, I decided to try it one more time and it let me log on. This was after trying many times over the past week or so. Something changed.
ok so I logged out and then logged in maybe the problem is over for me at least Hope so if I have trouble I’ll send you another e-mail thanks and hope your teck is getting some sleep
I had that error coming up for me after about 17thousand times it told me my password was wrong. I enabled my cookies (though they were not blocked, I’m trying to keep the computer sprites happy. They are not unlike the knitting goddess in their devilish delight in causing us problems.) All was then well for days and days. Then it did it again. Today I received my first kit (YIPPPEEEEEEE!!) and I tried to log in with my stored password. The same sprite spewing. I then used the default password mailed to me in my kit. It liked that and here I post. So perhaps when we resave our passwords it is not saving AND also being confused about cookies too. Sigh. In the database I use at the school where I am the nurse, we call all of this hop and skipping a “work around”. grrr.
I’m not sure how I got logged in but it’s not worth the frustration and time to log in 57 minutes I could have been reading and replying to this blog or even dare I say knitting and sipping wine, brandy or champagne maybe even all three mixed together
