AND there is a picture of tina!!  i have never met tina in person nor have i seen a picture of her before.  boy, does she keep a low profile or what?!    i do admit that i am kind of disappointed, though.  i thought she would be more “colorful”.  snort!   (she doesn’t have dye in her hair, on her face or on her clothes!  LOL!)  ;)  :)  :p  …still playing with the smiley faces.

Hey, Tina, now that you’ve been outed, can I blog that picture I took of you at OFFF year before last??? I suspect a lot more people just clicked over to that article than read my blog!

Yeah, that’s pretty much by design!-lol! Tina’s Rules. Actually, she may have appeared in one of my camp photos, but she was in the background and not pointed out.

hi leslie

i was going to ask you last year when you posted pics of sock camp if you had one of tina. i thought that you would since you had pics of everyone else.

Tina’s a photo-phobe and Kaci doesn’t like hugged. What a team! So hug Tina and take photos of Kaci except she doesn’t really like to have photos taken either. I’ll have to page back through the photos I took as sock camp and see if I got any that include Tina and the other BMFA ladies. I wonder what the bribe was to get Tina to pose for the shot in the article? Makes one wonder. Still knitting on last year’s Salish Seas and contemplating my homework, my January socks(visiting frog pond) and that insane contest. It is March right? February got away from me while I was in the hospital tending DH. (He’s fine now.) Alice

oh Adrienne, you are such a pot stirrer. If she had taken a picture of my hands, which I thought she did. They were covered in dye. Black cuticles from the ravens, pink spots from hot flash… you name it. I will bring dye clothes to camp and dress up dye-style for you.
I am trying to get over the photo thing. I am one of those people who freeze and so the shots often look, well hideous.
So if I have a choice between a photo and a hug. I’ll take the hug. Cat told me that I am as good a hugger as dyer so…
Besides I can then work this whole mysterious dyer thing.

hi tina! i hope tapmouse, nartian, and whoever else attends camp can “sneak” take pictures of you when you aren’t looking! i would love to see you in “dye-style”. how fun!

“pot stirrer” at your service. ;)

ah, a purpose to my life. don’t cha love it!

(ps. there is a picture of me (with leslie) on my blog. is that a fair trade?!)

Hey adrienne I think you need to remember to put in the nose. Let me check. :-) ;-) 8-). Those are with “-” now without “-” :) ;)8).

Well either works for a regular smiley. It did make a difference in the winking grin but not the “sunglasses” so maybe we can’t wear shades in Oregon? And Adrienne we’ll do our best to “kinnear” her at every opportunity. I really want one of the dyer and her special clothes! What a Jackson Pollock that should be. Happy Knitting, Alice

Well, Leslie does have a pic of her & Tina together from sock camp last year. But it’s a hard copy floating around in her cube at work. No dye uniform on though AFAIK. ;)

Adrienne, you are a riot! You are as bad as I am on Rav, trying every opportunity to mention ‘cake’ and to get the pizza and sushi back! (Go to Ravelry and make a post using ‘cake’, if you don’t know what I’m talking about…)

On March 29th, 2008 at 9:38 pm Leslie said:

It’s true…I do have a pic at my cubicle of Tina and me!-lol! Sounds crazy, huh? But I do believe she makes a ‘cameo’ appearance in a few of my blogged camp photos, too…

On March 29th, 2008 at 9:46 pm Leslie said:

HEY!-I just checked and I guess I was really being a good girl and following “Tina’s Rule”, cuz I certainly did NOT post a pic of her! If you are a super-sleuth, you could always find my Flickr album camp pics; I know she is in a couple of pics in that batch. And…FYI…Alice, herself is even featured in a couple of photos!

i did looked at your camp pictures last year but since i didn’t know what tina looked like, i wasn’t sure which one she was but i kinda guessed by process of elimination…
