Notorious Sock Knitters | March 22, 2008
Alerted by a post on Ravelry, I checked out the NEW look and feel of the BMFA website.
Way to go, Tina & helpers!!! It’s awesome!
And just in time for our 10% off coupon to arrive shortly, yes?
SQUEEEE!!!

Spring has sprung new colors,too!!!
This is more exciting than the daffodils and crocuses and azaleas blooming in my yard!
I agree wholeheartedly!!!! I am ordering a ton of yarn… I am so weak LOL
oh honey, yes JUST in time. Website work not so much fun for depraved dyers.
my brain is almost liquid
Tina, just please do be careful not to mix up liquid brains with new dye combinations. I don’t know if that would be a good look for the yarn, and I’m *very* sure you need your brains….
Beautiful website. Lovely new colors.
love the new website!!!!!!!!
love the “new” colors!
The new website is really well done. There are a few inconsistencies when you are at the “Site Support” tab (compare the sidebar links to the list of links on the top “Site Support” page), but other than that it works really well!! I finally sent the link to a friend who I think needs to try STR b(I had hesitated before because I think she might have been confounded by the old site!). Good job, ladies!!
Great job. Love the new website and the new colors. Really like the club colors in other weights. Now to test it out on an order, I can’t decide which color I want first.
Wow, the new site is fabulous! I cant wait to use my coupon but I want to hold back and make it a reward for finishing some socks!
I yelped out loud when I saw the new website. I have wanted to order Peaseblossom and Highway 30 and lo and behold there they were…with about 6 other colors I must have! It being Easter Sunday, my lenten sacrifice of “not buying any new yarn” is officially over. What a great way to celebrate the new beginning Easter represents for me (and with Lucky too). I am gonna shop for sure!
Wow! BMFA is a feast for the eyes!
Great job Tina!
I fear my Friday paycheck is already spent…LOL
Sock camp sock camp sock camp must save money for sock camp shopping must save money for pre-camp yarn crawl must not go to website again must save money for Seattle and San Juan Islands must save must save remember sock camp in 3 weeks sock camp in 3 weeks yarn crawl in 3 weeks only 3 weeks just 3 weeks must resist let’s see Meg used math games to resist in Wrinkle in Time maybe that will work how many hours till sock camp and there’s that math contest Tina’s running no no no that would make me go look for likely colors to cover the ISS or the Nile river must resist must save for sock camp must sa….. Brought to you by the depraved mind of Alice in the Heartland trying valiantly to resist buying yarn before sock camp where she won’t have to pay shipping if she keeps her bags under 50 pounds. He-he-he 50 pounds of sock yarn he-he-he
I love the new site — so easy to navigate. But like Alice, I’m so tempted but trying to hold off until the store opens at camp — I’ll be the blonde blur whizzing by snatching up as much as I can hold in my arms. I’m not nicknamed the Happy Stasher for nothing. ;o) I have a reputation to maintain.
