Apparently, I don’t really know how to knit! HELP!

Can someone help me?  On Leafling, I keep ending up with too many stitches between the markers after the first row in which we do the LLI and RLI increases.  I’m probably not doing them correctly- but I’m stumped so far.  I am making the size large.  I knew how to knit yesterday, really I did!

My only suggestion is did you do the K2tog and ssk in the row?

Sorry, I hit the submit button prematurely, I was going to say I had to read the line 3 times to make sense, because I was glossing right over the K2tog and SSK. :-)
