Best fitting sock

I wore my Salish Sea socks today.  I don’t know if it is the design, or if I have finally figured out how to accomodate for my loose gauge.  The tops do not slouch down.  They weren’t tight when I put them on, either.  Is it the mystery of Cat’s design?  I am anxious to see  if anyone else feels the same.  What was the best fitting sock for you in 07?

I am finally wearing my last year’s socks. I know. I know. I just knit them and allowed them “alone” time with the other socks. My friends have finally made me feel guilty about leaving them alone in my knitting room so I am wearing them this year. Now, how do I wash them so that they last? Hand wash? Machine wash? See, another great reason not to wear them…..

Well, January’s socks were mailed out 1/24.  I think I’ll absolutely fall apart waiting for March’s socks!  Will they be sent out on/around the 24th?  Anyone else antsy???

I’m not done with mine yet, like so many here…but I have to tell you all about a conversation with my four year old last night. He REALLY wants a pair of these dragon socks. He asked me, “Are those Dragon socks, Mommy?” And I said “yes, baby, do you like them?”

He said “What are they made from?” And I asked him what he thought they were made of…..

His reply “Dragon Hair.”
