May Pattern Help

I’m having a problem that i haven’t seen discussed yet. I’m working on the heel flap. The directions give written instructions for Rows 1, 2 and 3, and then it says to repeat rows 3 and 4 until a certain number of stitches remain. But there is no instruction for this mysterious row 4….. Anyone else notice this? What did you do?

I believe that row 4 is the same as row 2. If you look at the pattern again you’ll see it has:
Row 1, Row 2 & 4, then Row 3. It stumped me for a moment too, but it’s in there.

Ok - went back and thingthatsqueeks is right - 2 and 4…
