Tina - You must have had too much time on your hands this weekend to come up with this song. I will wait patiently(not) for my next package.

No sweetie, not soo much. Just letting off a bit of creative steam! It is certainly no fun to just say I need address changes. You never know either, maybe this is my twisted little way of giving a hint, or not.

Tina - I emailed you with my address change at the sockclub addy and at the orders@ addy, but they’re both bouncing back. Can you please let me know if they were received? Thanks! :D

I’m knitting LAST year’s July kit in anticipation. It’s is making an outing tonight to my local Stitch and Pitch - and this morning, waited with me for the 18 week ultrasound of Baby Braun (everything is looking great, and no we aren’t finding out the sex)! SEND YARN SOON!!!!

It’s a good thing I’ve finally got the hang of the May sock then. Although I probably won’t finish this pair before the next shipment since I want to order an extra skein to make the socks “full” length.

I haven’t touched the May kit yet. I’d better think about when I’m going to do that!

LOL! Silly Girl, you! Yo soy una fracosada! (Couldn’t do the appropriate inverted exclamation point in front of the sentence!) Anyways, that’s me and my co-worker’s main line-we’re ‘losers’!-lol! Anyways, my expectation has never been to complete kits before the next one comes, but merely to continue loving each and every kit and being in this club! And that alone, is all I need!

That time already! Yeah! I finished my May socks a couple of weeks ago, and when I got my Dubya Bucks, I decided to economically stimulate BMFA, so I submitted a huge stash builder order. Hopefully they will all get here about the same time so I can wind them at the same time (sometime when my husband is out of town on business because with this much yarn, it will take me more than one winding session to get it all wound, and I set my winding stuff up between his favorite chair and the TV.) I am guessing in my mind what the next colors are. I don’t have any socks in that color and I am looking forward to bright. I see that some people are lucky enough to have Stitch & Pitch. We don’t have that in our city because the Red Sox sold out for the season before the season even began. I have to stitch and watch the pitches in front of my TV.

Woooo Hooooooooo!I LOVE Rockin’ Sock Club time! But, I need to catch up on my Cleo socks after I finish knitting a wedding gift (his and her Christmas stockings — so it’s still socks, just BIG ones) that has a deadline of July 30. I’ll catch up in August.

On July 10th, 2008 at 7:49 am Alice in the Heartland said:

I’m not going to worry about catching up I’m just going to keep on knitting things as I come to them. If that means 5-10 sock projects on needles, so be it. Of course, it does add to the indecision as to which to work on now. Usually the next self-imposed deadline wins. Off to finish something. TTFN Happy Knitting, Alice

Very clever! The scary thing is, however, that many of your subscribers probably don’t remember Howdy Doody.

Sigh!
