We so need a sockateer to run on over to itunes and make us a NSK July playlist so that we can all download the same fun songs to knit our socks too!!! Hmmm…maybe we can bribe Rosie with brownies to do it!!
Crossing my toes that my sock kit comes tomorrow before vacation!!
i had no idea when i joined a SOCK club that it would be sooo much more. i need some things at the grocery, a sitter for the morning (so i can stakeout the mail and knit) and a hair appointment, oh and an ipod. ALRIGHT, i’ll settle for a playlist…

SeriouslY!! How happy am I that I now have a new playlist for my flight to San Diego!! Of course, when I was all excited and telling Snowboarder about it at breakfast this morning he just kinda looked at me blankly and then said, “NSK! You crazy sock knitters.” Big hugs Tina!!
Feeling foolish, but… Where do I find the playlist? I don’t see anything about playlists in the iTunes store - am I missing something painfully obvious?
Woot - someone came by and took pity on me - for anyone else like me who didn’t know, it’s not called a “playlist” in the iTunes store. It’s called an iMix - so go to the section marked “iMix” in the “More in Music” box to find the playlist!
thanks for the tips…now this knitter needs an ipod! at the risk of revealing how behind the times i am (although i got dh one last christmas), can you download to other devices from itunes? will itunes let you export to say my sprint software for my phone?
t- love the songs and was chuckling at no fewer than 10 and i was thrilled that someone besides me listend to them. who doesn’t love good shout out of the partridge family!! tina and girls, watch out, i may have to serenade you again soon!
OK…So now I have to admit my ignorance. I hate it when that happens. Was the NSK playlist downloaded on to iTunes and if so how in blazes does one find it? Sorry for the iTunesly challenged question but…..what can I say. Help! Please! I want to listen while I work. Or should I say whistle?
Robin, when you go to itunes, go to “more in music” and find the “imix” section. Then search imixes for NSK playlist July pop. Hope that helps.
It is a bit confusing to get to the imix section, but once there, easy to find the playlist! I’ve been listening too it the entire time on vacation (despite my socks being at home in mailbox probably!).
