Gumdrops Socks - Large Size Pattern Question

After knitting set up rounds 1-4 and rounds 1-16 of gumdrops transition patttern once….Keeping instep sts in gumdrops pattern and remaining sts in rib, work even for 30 more rounds. My question is - what do I knit the 30 more rounds in? the gumdrops leg pattern or the gumdrops pattern for instep? Also, are we still moving the markers out 5 sts on rounds 6 and 14? Sorry to be so dumb…..too many irons in my little fire of a brain!Â

You’re working size large, yes? Keep 37 sts in gumdrops pattern for instep. Don’t move the markers.
