Missing goodies

I know this is a bit of a delayed reaction but the past month has been out of control busy.  

My May kit was missing its extras - there was no emergency skein.  I did get the door hanger, but I’m not sure if anything else was supposed to come with my kit.  I know once upon a time I read somewhere what we’re supposed to do if this happens, but now I can’t remember.  Does anyone know??

Hi Jen, I thought that my emergency skein was missing too, but it was in with the full size skein. Did you check there yet? Mine was really hard to see and I was really disappointed but when I took the full-size one out of its bag, the emergency one popped into view. I am not sure what the procedure is if something goes wrong with your package, but I think that if you send an email to Blue Moon, they will be able to help you. Good luck!
