October socks

Hi Everyone, I am knitting October’s socks. and I have to say that the knitted ‘cloth’ is enough to make you weep it is so beautiful. I am at work here and having a hard day but finally getting a break.
Am I right in assuming that the 47 stitches are the heel stitches..
Thank goodness for my sock knitting..it was a busy Dispatcher Day here but I managed to get help to people in time.

Yes–the 47 stitches between the markers, knitted through the back loop, are the heel stitches.

Thanks for the info, I am finished the wrap and turn part and getting ready to do the underheel decreases. Do I knit/purl the wraps as I get to them? I guess this pattern is a bit to advanced for me as maybe I should have known this technique before I got to these socks. The book Cat refers to is at home unfortunately and I am at work till 6 pm our time. If you like, you can answer me at kchamp@nrtco.net if that is easier for you..
