Rosario Ferry Shuttle

Rosario has a Ferry shuttle service that runs three times a day.
At 9:50, 12:00 and 4:45. It seats 12 . They need you to call and reserve a space. It will not just show at those times unless someone has called to reserve it.

You’re first to see Tina’s contests. You’re first to see what the designer has to say about the current pattern. And you get help from other loyal blog readers. That said I need you to know that this blog mom may not be following things very closely for the next couple of weeks. The obvious reason is I’m heading to sock camp. The not so obvious reason is the DH has landed himself back in the hospital with a fever of 105.6º. This is a record for him but similar has happened before and so it’s not an unusual event around our house. (Suppressed immune systems tend to react poorly to bugs and viruses.) After multiple antibiotics the fever is under 99º and things are following a path we’ve travelled a few times in the last couple of years. However I tend to stick close to him during these events and so won’t be paying much attention to on-line things. Hope everyone has a great time with Lucky. I’m still trying to get Serendipity to behave. I may change loyalties and go right on to Lucky. I did manage to get the last of last year’s yarns knit up before the #&*% hit the fan around here. Sometimes it makes for wonderful knitting time and others my brain takes a vacation and can only handle basic sock patterns (thank you Cat and Stephanie) Time to head back to the hospital, Happy Knitting, AliceP.S. Still looking forward to the yarn crawl and the alpaca farms 
and a heavy dose of R&R with the sockateers and other campers.
From the Ferry Dock to Rosario

There will be a lot of Blue Moon staff at Rosario and we can make several trips to the ferry to pick people up. If I knew which ones the most were coming in on that needed rides that would be helpful. So maybe if you commented to this post with the time your ferry docks at Orcas. We can work something out.

1. Your Camp homework in a brown paper bag.
2. Needles: dpns or circs whichever you prefer. Bring size O-6
3. US size 6 cirq 32″- 40″
4. Knitting tools : scissors, tape measure, stitch markers of 3 differing colors, darning needle …
5. Swimsuit
6. A notebook and writing tool of your choice.
7. The weather varies at this time of year. So make sure you bring something warm and something to protect you form the rain. It is the Pacific Northwest. We are all about the rain. oh, and the green.
I do believe that is it. Well, your wonderful sock knitting selves of course.

ADDITION: A tube sock or even a pair and they can be colorful or not.
