Heel Shape

I finished the heel and it looks very very triangular to me. I’ve never knitted a pair that looks so triangular so I am wondering if I did something wrong. Is this the shape everyone else is getting? (I am at the point where you are about to start the foot. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

THE POST OFFICE HAS FINALLY PERFORMED AND I HAVE MY YARN IN YUMA, AZ. I WAS REALLY CURIOUS WHAT THE RED WOULD BE, KNOWING TINA’S REACTION TO THE WORD “RED”. that everyone follows suit and comments to when they are done. Kind of like the, “It is here” one. So it singles out who finished first ( kudos to them) and gives us a chance to chat a little easier about our accomplishments… .I am going to make killerhamster’s post sticky ( she is the first one I saw) and we can all comment there when we are done. It is right below this post. I hope this works for everyone.I cannot believe that some are done already. The socks are finished and I’ll have pics up on Ravelry on Sunday. This pattern really caught my imagination, which is why they were finished as quickly as they were. I made the largest size and had 10 grams of yarn left over. I’m looking forward to the March shipment. Can it please be March now?
Dye on my fingers

Anyone else notice a red line on their fingers from the dye? I have a little red line on my left index finger where I wrap the yarn around. Also another stripe on my pinkie. I knitted a lot yesterday, but my hands were dry and clean. This is my first year in the club and my first experience with STR yarn. I’m loving the yarn and the pattern, but I’m concerned that the colors might bleed? Anyone else experiencing this?
