Hello!  This is my first time in the club and I’m sooooooo excited!  I’ve put a moratorium on buying yarn until I use up some of my stash.  This club maybe some of the only yarn I get all year!  Aside from what I bought last week of course. ;-)  I’m pretty hopeless in the yarn-restraint department!

I’m a first timer in sock clubbing and I haven’t knitted any BMFA yarn so I’m a Rockin’ Sock virgin. I’m living nearly on the other side of the world than most of you . Here in Helsinki (capital of Finland) it’s already evening, nearly seven o’clock, so I have time to knit socks while watching TV.

I’m another newbie here. I’ve wanted to join the club for the past two years, so I decided it would be my reward for passing the Texas bar exam. I have knit with STR; coincidently, I’m wearing my STR socks today.

Hello to all!! This is my first year also and I am thrilled to be in the club.  I am lucky as I have a LYS that carries Blue Moon Fiber Arts– The Fold in Marengo, Illinois.  I just started a mens sweater with twisted in a raven color, it is really special.  I usually knit just stockinette socks so am looking forward to expanding my skill set with the patterns  in the club.  Can’t wait until next week for the first shipment!

On to year 2 for me.  I had so much fun last year, that I can hardly wait to do it again.  I’ll be in Portland next week for interviews.  Wonder if I’ll get shooed off if I show up and BMFA?
